30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
Important Notes:
- Items showing any signs of wear, use, damage, or missing original packaging may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Underwear
- Socks & hosiery
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item explicitly marked as "Final Sale"
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bloomsparkle is not liable for any return shipping fees or customs charges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@bloomsparkle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Get Approval: We will review your request. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) according to our instructions and ship them back using the provided tracking method. Keep your tracking number.
- Please Note: We cannot accept any items sent back to us without prior authorization and a valid return label.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days.
- Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@bloomsparkle.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon receipt, in accordance with this policy.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
